Refund policy

TCG Singles (Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Riftbound, etc.) All singles sales are final. No returns or exchanges on individual cards.

Sealed Product We accept returns on sealed product within 30 days of purchase provided the original manufacturer's seal is completely intact and the item is in original condition. Opened sealed product cannot be returned.

Accessories We accept returns or exchanges on accessories within 30 days of purchase provided items are unopened and unused in original packaging.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item, in which case we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
